Our website is only configured for purchases within the United States of America. Customers outside of the USA, please Contact us to order.

We will replace damaged product delivered to you by us.

Return postage for refunds and swaps shall be paid by the customer. Refunds are available.

Credit card transactions are conducted strictly through the PayPal platform. You don’t need a membership to PayPal to use a credit card. We do not collect credit card information.

We shall not share your contact information unless required by law.

All fragile products are shipped via FedEx.

Individual sizes and colors may vary slightly from the photograph in this store because each piece is individually handmade in our studio. Upon request, we will gladly send you a photo of the exact piece you are buying before shipment. Use our Contact form to make your request.

We hand package each item carefully for shipping. If anything arrives damaged, please let us know and we’ll do our best to remedy the situation. Some packages arrive within one week. Please allow two weeks. Thank you.
